Seattle, Washington

It’s how Seattle meets.

Seattle is a city of constant transformation and innovation – a place where healthcare and technology fuel each other, and where everyone is welcome to come as they are. This is what makes Seattle the center of ideas, industry, and connections – in short, the perfect place to hold your next meetings or conventions. And this collaborative city is growing. The Washington State Convention Center’s additional facility, Summit – located just a block and a half away from our existing building, Arch – is underway and slated to open in 2022. Visit Seattle will book separate groups into both facilities simultaneously and large groups that require a substantial amount of space can utilize both buildings as a combined convention campus. https://www.wscc.com/audience/planners

WSCC Summit
•   248,450 sq. ft. of exhibition space
•   63 meeting rooms totaling 102,040 sq. ft.
•   58,000 sq. ft. ballroom

WSCC Arch
•  236,700 sq. ft. of expo space
•  71 meeting rooms totaling 77,546 sq. ft.
•  44,628 sq. ft. ballroom

Hotel inventory in Seattle is also growing and will increase by 20% in the next year. Eight new properties, including a new 1,260 room Hyatt Regency, will add almost 2,500 additional rooms, bringing the downtown room count to 14,343. Located within a very walkable, compact downtown, most of these hotels are only up to six short blocks from the convention center and many of Seattle’s top attractions, restaurants, and shops -- making it easy for delegates and attendees to get to key meetings locations as well as explore what our city has to offer.

Ease of travel in and out of Seattle is also constantly improving. Sea-Tac has been rated one of the fastest-growing large airports in the U.S. (three years in a row), and with over 90 nonstop domestic destinations served, there is an abundance of options that make traveling to Seattle more accessible.
